Allow me to tell you a little about myself.

It was in the year 2019.

25th February, 2019- to be exact- A Flashback!

I'm standing in front of a window watching people on road, carrying on with their routine activities. [It's one of the busiest location in New Delhi!]

And I'm wondering 'What Am I Doing With my Life'?

My dear Friend!

This was the day when the result for CS Finals was announced and I officially became 'Company Secretary'.

This was also the day when my 10 year long struggle of 'Becoming CS' finally ended!

10 Years!

It's a pretty long time, isn't it?

A decade to be precise!

And experiencing the emotions of continuosuly sitting for exams twice a year for 10 years, without fail, is pretty daunting one- physically but more importantly, emotionally and mentally.

Today, I'm A Company Secretary- CS Neha Bajaj!

And all this has ONLY been possible

- because of my family!

- because of their confidence in me and my capabilities!

- and because of their constant support!

They have always been my pillar of strength.

Not only this degree, but whatever I'm today is because of them.

And whatever I'll be achieving in future is always and forever dedicated to them.

I salute to the hard work and sacrifices made by them.

It is because of them that I've experienced this moment in my life- My Convocation As A Company Secretary!

And though the 10-year long journey was not easy at all!

But it was really worth it.

How?

- Because it led me to me!

- Because it led me to starting a new journey!

- And because it led me to finding my real happiness!

It led me towards the essence- the foundation- my utmost belief I now have which I call as 'Divine Timing'!

I have been an academically strong student during my school and college days.

Once graduated, I pursued CS and Masters simlutaneously.

Masters- and even major part of CS as well- completed smoothly.

- Level 1 was exempt.

- Level 2 cleared in 1st attempt.

- 2 modules of Level 3 cleared smoothly as well.

The last part took the limelight.

I tasted failure for the first time in my life. (mostly failing by just one or two marks in aggregate).

But because of my family's support, I continued.

It is very well said that doing something even when you don't feel like doing it makes all the difference.

I kept giving attempt after attempt.

At one point, I could not even comprehend how exactly was I feeling.

Confusing, right?

Yeah, it was for me too!!

But still (and thankfully), I just kept going.

It took me 10 years to complete this journey and become CS.

But it was all worth it!

And now I know it is totally OK.

Because this journey has tought me so many beautiful things about life.

- The first and most important, my confidence in myself and my capabilities.

- Next, doing self- instrospection and starting my journey of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

- And then, acknowledging what I really want and having the courage to pursue it.

And what was that?

MY HAPPINESS!

Yes... MY HAPPINESS!

So, if that meant that I would like to explor ethe area of digital marketing- I did that without thinking about how it is related to my CS Profession.

If I wanted to help and guide people and make them realise the importance of true happiness, and to pursue their dreams, I did venture into the same as well.

Because I believe that if I'm happy to try something new and that will not adversely affect anyone else, the it is my repsonsibility to always endeavour and to try experimenting and to try learning something new.

It is OK to be a life-long learner.

It is OK to take just one simple step towards your dream and do whatever you want to do in your life because it is never too late to do anything you really want to do.

You never know what new experiences awaits you on the other side.

So, go ahead and allow yourself:

- to learn

- to transform

- to grow in life!

And this is how my transformation journey looked like (so far):

while exploring the entreneurial side of myself!

The journey of self-transformation is a soul-enriching experience for those who realloy understand the depth and real value of it.

Someone who ever chooses to follow this path of transformation and healing can NEVER be the same old person because he/she has travelled a journey of finding his/her own real, authentic self.

And once you know yourself, how on earth could you deny your authenticity just to fit-in with society's norms? You just CAN'T!

And this is where everything starts to change.

Because you've now got something bigger to add on to.

It's no more just Personal Development, it is aligning your real, authentic self with your soul's calling and reach to your true north, your higher purpose in life.

And exactly that's what has happened to me as well
